Crack-Flex Pro

We use GemSeal’s construction-grade, hot-applied joint and crack sealing compounds. These are formulated with selected asphaltic resins, synthetic polymeric rubber, plasticizers, stabilizers, and a blend organic reinforcing fillers.

It’s a one-part crack sealer that provides excellent results under extremely varying conditions. It’s perfect for asphalt pavements with high pedestrian foot traffic and vehicle power steering in high-temperature conditions.

Black Diamond Pavement Sealer

We use GemSeal’s Black Diamond pavement sealer. It’s a new, high performance alternative to asphalt emulsion (AE) sealers. Black Diamond exceeds AE performance by providing better coverage, greater durability, and superior color stability.

Black Diamond also provides performance similar to refined tar sealers through ease of application and toughness against power steering marks.
